If you are not satisfied with your choice, you can return the item you purchased. Make sure to send the item that still has the tag with the receipt to us, maximum 7 days after you received your order. Please confirm first to our Customer Care to check the availability of stock of item to be exchanged.
We can :
Sending the same items with different colors and sizes, without any cost (except the shipping cost back to you)!
Sending different items (for exchanges) at the same or more expensive price, without any cost after we receive the payment difference of the price.
We cannot :
Refund the cash, unless the product is unavailable
Pay the return shipping fee
Receive exchanges or return of Intimate or Swimwear
We also don’t accept refunds in the following situations:
Items received have damage
The product received is damaged during shipment
Size / color / Product received does not match the one listed in the order
